1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 large clove garlic, finely minced 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut crosswise in thirds 1 (1.12oz) package fajita seasoning mix 1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Black Beans (drained, rinsed) 1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Whole Kernel Corn (drained) 1 (14.5oz) can Kuner’s® Southwest Diced Tomatoes with Peppers and Chili Spices (do not drain) 1 (10.75oz) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1 (10.5oz) can condensed reduced sodium cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, place onion and garlic. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning mix. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir gently to mix slightly. Cover. Cook on Low heat setting 5 to 7 hours or until chicken is fork tender. With spoon or fork, break chicken into small pieces and stir to mix completely.
