1 teaspoon vegetable oil
16oz lean (93%) ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups 50% less sodium, fat-free beef broth (from 1-quart container)
1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Black Beans, drained, rinsed
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup ketchup

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, add turkey, onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin and red pepper, cook 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring occasionally to break up turkey. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until raisins and apricots are plumped and tender, stirring once or twice.
