In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt. Cook 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring occasionally to break up turkey. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until raisins and apricots are plumped and tender, stirring once or twice.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over rice and top with sliced green onions.
