4 medium red potatoes, quartered lengthwise (about 12oz)
1 (14oz) package fully cooked smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut in 16 slices
1 (14.5oz) can Kuner’s® Cut Green Beans, drained
1 large bell pepper, any color, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Cut 4 (12×18-inch) pieces of heavy duty foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place potatoes cut sides down on each piece of foil. Top evenly with sausage, green beans and bell pepper. Drizzle with dressing. Bring short sides of foil up over food and seal with double fold seals. Seal ends with double fold seals, leaving room for heat expansion. Grill 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating 2 or 3 times for even heating. Place packets seam sides down on plates. Cut a large X in each packet and peel back to eat.
