Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 (14oz) can Kuner's® Sauerkraut drained, squeezed to remove all liquid
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided (8oz)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 (14oz) can Kuner's® Sauerkraut drained, squeezed to remove all liquid
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided (8oz)

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 10-inch quiche dish or deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed or beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in sauerkraut, corned beef and 1 cup of the Swiss cheese. Spread in quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and edges are bubbly. Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with cocktail bread or your favorite crackers.
