Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper, any color
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Organic Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Organic Kidney Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can Kuner’s® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 (14.5oz) can Kuner’s® Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Preparation:

In medium saucepan, cook onion, bell pepper and garlic in oil over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Heat to simmering. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
