Heat oven to 375°F. Place tostada shells on cookie sheets. Spread about 1/4 cup refried beans on each shell. Top with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Meanwhile, prepare all toppings. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado and sour cream.
Tip: You can add finely chopped cooked chicken, beef or pork to tostadas. Use your favorite taco toppings.
